I think sports activities are really important for all people. Because without sports activities, it would be very sad. Because sports are really good for your health. No doctor will tell you that sports are bad for you. Of course, there are some things I have to explain here. It is logical to say that if you have knee or back problems, a certain sport or a certain exercise regimen is absolutely unsuitable. I have always had knee problems, and I was born with a bad back.
Unfortunately, my mother found out too late. My mother unfortunately missed two medical appointments to check my back. So I can\’t play different sports because of my back. I can\’t play baseball. Nor basketball. Maybe it\’s the jumping, but mainly I was advised to ride a bike or swim. That\’s what\’s best for my body and my back. My grandmother can barely walk, which means she can\’t run a marathon. This sounds blissfully logical, but some people can do normal sports but don\’t want to. For example, my mother is lazy by nature.
She has to drive to go shopping. It takes 10 minutes to walk, but with a car it takes less than a minute. So what kind of life is this? Riding in the car all the time? I don\’t like that at all. I told my mother that if I was tired of walking, I should at least buy a bicycle so I could get some exercise. But my mother says she doesn\’t want to spend money on a bicycle when she has a car. I don\’t understand it at all. I would probably go crazy if I couldn\’t do sports and exercise. Besides, I have found many friends through sports, especially swimming.
