Many people really want to play sports every day. Unfortunately, however, sometimes there is no time for sports. That is why it is important to know what is best for you first. Of course, you also need to feel better by doing sports. For example, if you have pain in your legs, back, or shoulders, you will not play top sports or compete in running. Swimming and walking are best for people with joint or tendon problems.
My grandmother has recently taken to Nordic walking, which she really enjoys, although she does not walk very fast. Nordic walking, I am sure you have heard of it. My grandmother loved it and I am glad that she has taken up the sport. This is because my neighbor, who is six years younger than my grandmother, also does this sport. They always go out for two hours every day. They sit by the pond, have a cup of coffee or soft beer, and go home. It\’s a wonderful thing for the elderly. At least they don\’t have to sit at home doing nothing.
It would be great if there were some fun sports for old people. I like sports too, but I don\’t walk fast. I like swimming and cycling best. I do a lot of long trips, which is why I got an electric bike. I don\’t always wear my e-bike so I can get a good workout, but if I am tired and want to go home early, of course I wear my e-bike and go home early. I don\’t think I am the only one who does this. Many people use e-bikes.
